Please review the following to understand how returns, cancellations and exchanges happen. This is a print on demand store and returns, refunds, and exchanges work differently than big stores.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM ON DEMAND ORDER?
Having a physical store, with products, requires a lot of money that most small business owners cannot afford. Thankfully there are companies that offer on demand custom printing. This means when you order a notebook, someone from that company will take a blank notebook off their shelves, load up the image you want into their printer, and print your team for you. It is then packaged by hand and shipped to you. This also means that items are not created in bulk and therefore are more expensive. There is no inventory sitting on shelves with adorable unicorn images on them. Each item is individually created.
This also means that if you dislike the product for any reason and decide to send it back, it will go into the trash. There's no place to store returns or get an exchange Therefore, returns and refunds work differently. In short, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) after the product has been received. Please email Amy directly at VetTeamTraining@gmail.com. If the product is defective, damaged or misprinted it will be reprinted or refunded at no cost to you. Printful is the company who prints the product for Vet Team Training. They require photo of the damaged item before return.
Ordering of wrong sizes, buyer's regret, dislike of a certain color, etc are not refundable reasons by Printful. There are no free exchanges for items because items are not stocked. For example, if you change your mind and want a different color the company will charge you the same amount because that item is printed just for you and there's no one waiting for the other color.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as Vet Team Training or Printful sees fit. If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund.
We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order because it's an on demand shop and inventory is controlled by Printful.
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is lost or delivered to the wrong address, the item may be returned to our warehouse or now possessed by another individual. We cannot do anything about your item if someone else has received it and refuses to send it back.
If said item(s) is returned to Printful and you would like them sent it to the correct address, you would be responsible for the additional shipping fee. If your item has been returned due to an incorrect address, they will attempt to contact you once and if they do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
The order can be canceled as long as Printful has not yet started the fulfillment process. Once the fulfillment process has started the order cannot be cancelled. The fulfillment process can take from 2 to 5 business days. Cancel in the first 24 hours and you are likely fine. After that you may not be able to cancel your order.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
