Should attendee cancel, a refund will be issued minus a $5 fee to cover credit card processing costs if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the event.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the conference, a full refund will be issued.

POST-CONFERENCE RECORDINGS
A post-conference recording will be available for all attendees on the VTT online CE platform after the event for up to 45 days post the event. You must have an account with Veterinary Team Training. It's free to sign up and all attendees will be enrolled into the courses after the conference.
