With over 28 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Amy is the proud owner of Veterinary Team Training. She specializes in consulting with hospital leaders and offers an online continuing education platform to help veterinary professionals enhance their skills and knowledge.

After navigating challenges in multiple leadership roles, Amy earned a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership. She has held many veterinary leadership roles over her career in both private and corporate practices.
She is the award-winning, best-selling author of Oops, I Became a Manager and Oops, My Team is Toxic, both dedicated to building happy and effective veterinary teams.

Kelly Lynn Cronin, MBA, BS, CVT, PHR,
VTS (ECC)​

Kelly Cronin began her veterinary career as a volunteer before earning her BS in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She became a licensed veterinary technician in Alaska, New Mexico, and Wisconsin, and later added credentials as a Certified Professional in Human Resources, an MBA, and a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care.

She authored "In the Middle", speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, management, and ECC, and teaches for VSPN. She co‑organizes VetTechLife CE on the Sea and offers short courses through Success Strategies University.
Kelly is the CEO of Success Strategies Veterinary Consulting, previously directed Denovo Operations for Mission Veterinary Partners, and now supports operations for Ethos Spec and ER East Group 2.
